Yes, CityNet provides new generation routers or TV-box devices to its newly connected users. These devices are provided free of charge during the period of use.

How can I change the Wi-Fi router password?

Our employees go to the address within 24 hours when the subscriber requests on-site technical service.

How long does it take for the designated technical service to arrive at the address?

Does the company replace the router with a new one?

"Yes, you can add an extra TV. It will cost 5 AZN per extra TV.

Can I add an extra TV?

If there is no cable in the apartment and the contract was canceled several years ago, then the representative of the contact center can accept the restoration. Depending on the disconnection of the cables from the "Switch", the recovery operation may cost 5 or 10 AZN.

Is it possible to renew the contract without coming to the office?

Yes, you need to come to the office with an ID card.

Is it necessary to come to the office to terminate the contract?

The restoration period is 2 business days.

How many days does the restoration process take?

The subscriber must select the appropriate mark when signing the contract. If the subscriber's contract is terminated due to debt, then only "Continuous" (payment type without grace period) is provided during "recovery", instead "Grace" .

How to get a line with grace days?

The additional paid amount remains as a deposit in your account and is used for subsequent payments, except for campaigns. The remaining amount is not deducted from the deposit. If the subscriber has a CityNet contract at another address, he/she can transfer the deposited amount to the account at that address by submitting an application.

Is it possible to withdraw cash from the account?

No, our corresponding service is not available. Regardless of the duration, the equipment provided free of charge under the campaign must be returned to the technical service office by the subscriber or a third party representative in case of termination of the contract or change of tariff (in some cases). Our employee checks the equipment's condition condition, and then a document for termination is presented to the subscriber. The equipment must be returned in full (with the box).
