The Information and Communication Technologies Agency (ICTA) is conducting an online survey to assess the experiences and satisfaction levels of fixed internet service users. The survey began on 23 July 2026 and will remain open until 20 September 2026.
The survey includes questions about internet connection speed and stability, value for money, the resolution of technical issues, communication with service providers, responses to customer enquiries, and the overall user experience.
The anonymous survey consists of more than 20 questions across six sections and takes only a few minutes to complete. Respondents are not required to provide any information that could directly identify them.
The survey results will not be analysed as a standalone indicator but alongside other data and monitoring findings available to the Agency. The information collected will be used to identify challenges affecting service quality and to plan regulatory measures.
In addition to participating online, the survey can also be completed at Azerpost LLC’s AZ1000 Central Network Branch, AZ1002 Post Office, AZ1138 Yasamal Network Branch, and AZ5000 Sumgayit Central Post Office.
